The city witness 20th March as “World Sparrow Day – India”, Plant & Animals Welfare Society – Mumbai in association with “Planet Powai” organised a “Sparrow Drawing Competition”. In which we received participation not only from Powai but also from areas like Bhandup and Mumbra. The paintings made by children were judge by “Actor cum Artist Rashmi Pitre”. The results are as under :

While talking to PP, Rashmi Pitre said, “I’m very thrilled to see some really wonderful paintings here and an attempt by the young artists to depict sparrows as creatively as they could. The understanding of the “innocence” in the delicate species and its implementation on paper by the kids is worth noticing.”

Sir I am a sparrow lovers and past few years I tried my lvl best to help the sparrows but couldnt bcm much sucesful nd i want to do more for them...and want to sprd this in my state TRIPURA so i want ur help. Can u please advice and guide me to save the sparrows
